Grupo Contreras LLC is proud to be part of the TCAT Carter County Higher Education Center project in Tennessee, currently under construction, a major institutional development that will serve as a modern hub for technical and higher education in the region. The project consists of multiple new academic facilities and associated infrastructure designed to support long-term workforce development and community growth.
