As President of Grupo Contreras LLC, Vicente Contreras is responsible for all the company’s self-performing drywall and metal stud framing operations. Vicente oversees all day-to-day operations for Grupo Contreras’s Tennessee office locations.
Vicente Contreras has supervised the installation of over a 100 million dollars worth of drywall and metal framing projects. Vicente currently oversees a staff of project managers, foremen, and superintendents, who handle a workforce of over 1,000 craftsmen at any given time, representing millions of square feet of space under construction. Vicente reviews, on a monthly basis, project forecasts for each project manager, projecting the final outcome of all self-performing projects.
Vicente Contreras is experienced in the installation of the following high-end interior specialty building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, specialty ceilings and vinyl wall coverings.
His contributions have been instrumental in the installation of many high-end drywall and metal framing projects throughout the country including the NASHVILLE YARDS RESIDENTIAL TOWERS 9A3 & 9B3 and 3A OFFICE in Nashville TN.
